I've been tagged... (thanks Kait)

4 Things

4 Jobs I've had:

New Life Christian Bookstore: I don't know if this is official or not but I worked at my parents store in Warren. I can't remember getting paid, but I certainly ate my way through the candy. I helped out with inventory when we had to count all that Jesus Junk - that was not fun.

JCPenney: I worked there from age 16 in Warren. I started in the Home Fashions dept -- I really know my curtains. When we moved to Butler I transferred to the Butler JCPenney and was placed in the lingerie dept where I became an official bra fitter. One of my best accomplishments. I worked there on every college break.

Accomacke Elementary School: First grade teacher in Accomack, VA. LOVED my students.

KEYS Service Corps: worked for this non-profit hiring people to be tutors and mentors in schools and after school programs. This got my hand involved in HR and led me where I am today.

4 TV Shows I Watch:

Survivor: very loyal fan, I even play in a Survivor pool at work. I came pretty close to winning last season.

The Gauntlet: When Craig isn't watching I can sneak in some MTV

American Idol: Haven't been as loyal this season, but its fun to watch sometimes

Wow, I really don't watch much lately -- what happened to all my addictions: Friday Night Lights, Grey's, Private Practice????

4 Places I've Been:

Hawaii (Maui, Kauai, & Oahu): Probably my fav place on earth!

Amsterdam, Netherlands: Very cool weekend trip

Playa del Carmen, Mexico: love the all-inclusive resorts

Las Vegas: Nice place to have in-laws

4 Music Artists:

I have no idea -- I like whats on the radio.

148 beats per minute

We had our 17 week Dr's visit today. Craig videotaped the heartbeat and the baby gave us a nice strong 148 beats per minute. I also hadn't gained any weight! WOO HOO! I know that will be changing soon, but you have to be happy for the small stuff.

Updates

My birthday was on Tuesday. I turned 28. Hard to believe 30 is almost around the corner. Craig says I am no longer a spring chicken. The celebrations started early. The whole fam went to the Grand Concourse for Sunday Brunch Buffet. As always it was fabulous! I love their brunch. The waffle station is to die for. On Tuesday one of my co-workers made a cake and my boss bought me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. It was all very thoughtful.

Craig's brother is living in Guatemala right now trying to put the final touches on adopting their little girl Chayselynn Maely Wicks. Chayse was already a Wicks before she was born, but now she will be turning 2 in May and she still isn't home yet. There has been a lot of bumps along the way, but hopefully Cliff can bring her home soon! We are all praying it will be quick. She sounds like the sweetest little girl. I can't wait to meet her. We'll be flying to Las Vegas to visit Craig's family in May.

My brother has sold his house and they have bought a house in Warren. So the Kiehl family will be making a move very soon. We are desperately going to miss them.

I'm plowing through the 4th month of pregnancy. The puking has definitely ceased which is so nice. Early April there should be an ultrasound. I still haven't decided if I am going to find out the sex. Craig is going to find out (he says he can keep a secret), but I'm still thinking about it.

Very very soon I head to New Orleans with Heidi to watch our little Robs get married. I've never been to the NO so it ought to be an interesting experience.
